配属予定の組織は、グローバルに事業展開するソニーの半導体ビジネスグループにおけるIT戦略を、経営層（CIO/事業部長等）と対話しながら、事業戦略に整合するように企画・提案する役割を担っています。他社事例やテクノロジートレンドといった様々な情報を参照しながら、ソニーの半導体事業に対するIT貢献を最大化する事が、組織のミッションです。

■担当予定の業務内容

担当予定の業務は、IT戦略チームの一員としてCIO・事業部長と戦略方針を協議しながら、ソニーグループの半導体ビジネスにおける下記のような業務を担当していただく予定です。

・計画策定（IT戦略の立案、IT中期計画／年次計画の策定）

・組織運営（エグゼクティブ報告、各種KPI設計・管理・評価など）

・ITガバナンス（半導体圏におけるITガバナンスの推進、IT-BCP対策推進など）



■想定ポジション

ポジションとしては、上級担当者としてご入社いただく想定です。5名程度のチームに所属し、課長やリーダーの右腕としてメンバーと連携しながら、ある程度自律的に業務を遂行いただく事を期待しています。チームメンバーは経歴や年齢層も様々なので、多様な考えに触れながら、戦略として一つの方向にまとめ上げる役割が求められます。

週3日以上のオフィス出社とする出社方針のもと、週3日各チーム単位で出社しており、出社とテレワークを併用しながら、チーム内の対面でのコミュニケーション機会を設けています。

BtoB（法人向け管理システム）からBtoC（一般利用者向けサービス）まで、多様なWebアプリケーションの開発を中心に、ジョブ・インフラ管理、定型業務の自動化、システム監視・運用まで、幅広いフェーズに携わっていただくことができます。

最先端チップレット技術の基盤となる FCBGA（Flip Chip BGA）パッケージ の開発において、パッケージの実装設計から試作・解析評価までの インテグレーション業務全般 を担当します。

■チップレットを含む先端パッケージの試作立ち上げ、量産移行に向けたプロセス構築

半導体の開発/製造拠点を支えるシステムの非機能要件(可用性、セキュリティ等)を考慮したサーバの設計構築(オンプレ、クラウド(AWS)、ハイブリッド環境)、その上の仮想環境(VM、コンテナ環境)などのサーバーインフラの設計構築を行います。

建屋の工事段階から参画し、設計・運用メンバと連携して、無線・有線ネットワークの設計および構築を担当します。
執務エリア、製造現場、サーバールームなど多岐にわたるエリアに対して、安定かつ高品質なネットワークインフラを整備していただきます。

半導体の工場を支えるセキュアかつ広帯域なネットワークの全体設計・構築を担当頂きます。既存のネットワーク設計の思想を理解した上で、データセンターのネットワークの最新の技術動向を踏まえたQCDの最適化に向けたネットワークを設計し、今後の展開に向けた仕組みを構築頂きます。

Background to recruitment:
Chugai Pharmaceutical is accelerating its AI strategy built on three pillars ? AI Everyday, AI Everywhere, and AI Transformation ? including the development of a company-wide AI platform (Chugai AI Platform) and the deployment of AI use cases across business divisions. The AI Innovation Group serves as the core group driving this strategy, overseeing Enterprise AI Architecture, developing LLM/agent-based applications, and building democratized AI development infrastructure. To accelerate these initiatives, we are seeking a professional who can both lead architecture governance and drive AI adoption in business divisions.

Description of work :
・Define and oversee the overall Enterprise AI Architecture strategy. Standardize design guidelines for cloud infrastructure, AI agents, and data integration, and provide technical direction to related teams.
・Lead the technical roadmap and architecture reviews for the Chugai AI Platform . Evaluate and determine adoption of emerging technologies such as LLMs and multi-agent frameworks.
・Participate in the design and implementation of company-wide AI applications such as AI Buddy and AI Assistant. Build PoCs and prototypes to demonstrate technical direction.
・Collaborate with business divisions to identify AI use cases from business challenges and support end-to-end delivery from requirements to deployment.
・Build mechanisms for democratized AI development (citizen developer enablement) using low-code AI development tools, and establish technical standards.

Position Features:
Chugai Pharmaceutical's AI Innovation Group is at the forefront of building the company's AI strategy from the ground up. ■業務内容

モバイル向けイメージセンサーの海外顧客へ、営業およびマーケティング業務全般を担当いただきます。

・顧客の製品ロードマップを踏まえた戦略立案＆実行

・価格設定や経営指数値策定などの数値管理

・商談受注後から量産までのフォローアップ

・量産後のアフターフォロー（デリバリー対応・ 品質クレーム対応など）

・顧客要求の社内フィードバック、製品戦略への反映

・分野は、リソ、マスク、ドライエッチ、ウェット処理、金属成膜、絶縁膜成膜、熱処理、イオン注入、ウェハー貼合などのパッケージ
・最先端量産装置の立上、維持管理
・歩留まり改善、コスト削減
・次世代技術の量産移管

■担当予定の業務内容　

以下の業務を中心に担当いただきます。

イメージセンサーを中心とした半導体の製造事業やビジネスにおける、

・契約の作成、審査、交渉

・関連する法令・規則の運用に関する最新動向の調査、新製品・サービスにおけるリスクアセスメント

・M&A取引・手続のサポート



■想定ポジション 専門性、ご経験に応じて担当者や数名～5名程度のチームリーダー等、フレキシブルに業務や責任範囲を設定します。

2nm世代、及びBedyond 2nmの先端ロジック開発に必要な新規材料の評価/選定や新規材料を用いたプロセス開発、既存材料を用いたプロセス最適化など半導体材料に関連する多岐にわたる業務を担っていただきます。

・新規材料を用いたプロセス開発、既存材料を用いたプロセス最適化による性能・歩留まり向上
・材料メーカーや装置メーカーとの協業による新規材料開発、新規材料を用いたプロセス開発
・材料特性評価、信頼性確保、量産移行に向けた課題解決

■担当予定の業務内容　

主に以下の業務を担当頂く予定です。

・輸出管理業務（貨物の判定、技術の判定、顧客審査、取引審査・管理、教育、監査、許可申請、海外関連会社管理等）を業務改善を含めチームで推進する。

・税関コンプライアンス業務（関税評価、適正通関、AEO等）を業務改善を含めチームで推進する。

・シリコンウェハー洗浄、CMP、イオン注入、熱処理、成膜のいずれかの工程に関する技術開発・改善
・装置・材料メーカーや社内部門（デバイス、プロセスインテグレーション、TEGレイアウト設計、生産技術）と連携し、効果的な技術開発をリード
・新規プロセスの評価、歩留まり改善、量産移行に向けた課題解決

開発されたAI/MLソリューションを、実際の設計フロー（RTL-GDSII）へ統合し、顧客が効果的に利用できるようにするためのカスタマイズ、検証、およびサポートを担当します。
AI/ML機能の設計データへの連携、パラメータ調整、性能評価を行い、設計効率向上に直結する実用的なフローとして提供します。
顧客サポート経験を通じて新たなサービスの提案、ビジネスモデルの構築を行います。

顧客がRaadsを円滑に利用するための設計環境（EDA環境、計算資源、ライセンスなど）の構築、運用、および技術サポートを担当します。
AI/ML機能を含む Raadsのインテグレーション、ユーザーマニュアル作成、トレーニング、および顧客からの問い合わせへの対応を通じて、設計環境の安定稼働と利用促進を担います。

Pre-RTL/RTL段階（アーキテクチャ設計、論理設計、検証、High-Level Synthesisなど）において、AI/ML技術を導入・活用するための環境構築、アルゴリズム開発、およびツールチェインのインテグレーションを担当します。
具体的には、設計探索の自動化、RTL品質向上、早期の性能・電力予測などに繋がるAI/MLソリューションの開発・検証を行います。

RTLからGDSIIに至るフィジカル設計フロー（論理合成、配置配線、タイミング解析、DRC/LVS検証など）において、AI/ML技術を導入・活用するための環境構築、アルゴリズム開発、およびツールチェインのインテグレーションを担当します。
具体的には、設計最適化、検証の高速化・自動化に繋がるAI/MLソリューションの開発・検証を行います。

Rapidus千歳工場における水処理設備（純水製造、排水処理、再利用設備等）の運用・改善・保全業務を担当いただきます。
建設フェーズから量産フェーズへの移行に伴い、安定稼働と効率的な設備管理を実現するための技術支援を行っていただきます。
現在IIM-1を建設中ですが、今後更にIIM-2,3,4を建設予定のため、継続的に業務が発生します。

・超純水製造設備の運転管理・性能維持・改善活動
・排水処理設備の運用・水質管理・法令対応（排水基準、環境報告等）
・回収・再利用設備の技術評価・効率改善
・設備トラブルの原因分析・対策立案・再発防止活動
・EPC業者・保守業者との技術折衝・契約管理
・製造・環境安全部門との連携による設備改善提案

Rapidus千歳工場の建設プロジェクトにおいて、水処理設備（超純水製造、排水処理、再利用設備等）の設計・施工・立ち上げ業務を担当いただきます。
環境対応と安定稼働を両立するインフラ構築を、社内外の関係者と連携しながら推進していただきます。
