◆Mass Spectrometry Function: Deciphering the Essence of Molecules Through Mass to Pioneer New Frontiers in Drug Discovery Research
The Mass Spectrometry function utilizes cutting-edge mass spectrometry technologies centered on precise and highly sensitive LC-MS and LC-MS/MS to perform molecular-level analyses of protein and ligand chemical structures, molecular interactions, and 3D complex structures with exceptional precision. These technologies are integrated with advanced technologies from other functions within our department to elucidate biological phenomena, leading to the realization of precise and highly accurate drug discovery. Furthermore, we collaborate closely with diverse drug discovery projects across various modalities, contributing to the elucidation of drug efficacy mechanisms and the development of optimization strategies from our unique perspective based on mass spectrometry expertise. モバイル機器(主にスマートフォン等)向けCMOSイメージセンサーの商品開発を行っており、主に、アナログ設計および製品評価を担当しています。アナログ設計技術の実装を通してイメージセンサーのキーとなる画像品質の向上を行っています。特に、スマートフォン向けのイメージセンサーでは、低消費電力と省面積が求められますので、両立する技術開発の商品化を進めていきます。

■業務内容

アナログレイアウト設計業務としては、回路設計者と協力し、回路特性への影響を考慮したGDSデータの作成、各種物理検証とエラー対策の実施、を行うことを主としています。また、レイアウト業務としてEDAツールによる効率化が重要であり、ツール活用の検討も実施していきます。CMOSイメージセンサーはアナログ設計だけではなく、デバイス、画素、ロジック(デジタル)、モジュールなど他の技術領域と協力して作り上げるため、他分野とのコミュニケーションを取りながら開発を行っています。

医用分析装置の分析部では、血液や尿など検体に検査試薬を混合して、測定対象物と検査試薬成分を反応させます。その反応生成物による吸光度変化を分光光度計で測定、或いは電気化学発光を光電子増倍管で測定することにより、測定対象物の検出・定量を実施しています。
操作部[※1]では、分析部とリアルタイム通信を行いながら測定項目の入力・依頼や測定結果の表示・保存などを行うユーザーインターフェースや検査室の基幹システムとリアルタイムで接続する情報システムを提供します。

【働き方】

当社の透過型電子顕微鏡は世界首位。半導体製造装置も好況です。電子顕微鏡の技術を共有する表面分析装置（EPMA、Auger、XPS）は、いずれも高い評価を得ている製品です。EPMA、Augerは業界首位。XPSは大きなシェアを得られていませんが、特徴ある機能、価格帯と拡張性により近年需要が増加傾向です。当社はさらに各顧客のニーズに合わせたカスタマイズにも対応し、幅広いソリューションを提供しています。

本部門はイメージセンサーの研究開発の中でも、シミュレーション技術やデータサイエンスの知見を用いて、研究開発機能を底上げし新しい価値を生み出すことをミッションとしています。今回の募集ポジションでは主にデバイス開発や画素設計に付随したシミュレーション技術の構築および向上を担い、昨今のDX化を支える重要な役割をになっていただきます。

■業務内容

商品戦略～顧客窓口を担うビジネス部署と共に決めた企画に基づく商品要件をベースに、機能要件の開発、機能仕様の策定、デジタル回路設計および検証を遂行します。 設計後は測定及び評価チームと協業すると共に、自社工場における試作立ち上げのサポートも行います。 また、現行品の開発と並行し、中長期的な視点での次世代CMOSイメージセンサーの開発検討、および設計に際した最新の設計技術・EDAツールの導入による設計品質/TAT向上の役割も担います。商品に関わるプロジェクトの遂行時、および設計環境改善の業務を共通して、部署を跨いだ議論はもちろん、顧客やEDAベンダーとの議論の場にも立つこともあり、広い視野と高い技術力、対人能力が求められます。

①RDL（再配線）有機インターポーザーの製造技術の開発、量産立ち上げ
➁シリコンインターポーザーの製造技術の開発、量産立ち上げ
③3D（チップ積層）の開発、量産立ち上げ
④フリップチップパッケージ（FC-BGA）および、2.xD/3D パッケージング技術の開発、量産立上げ

①半導体パッケージのTEG（Test Element Group）の試験計画、準備・評価および解析検証
➁試作・量産に向けた設計フィードバックと改善提案
③半導体パッケージの構造設計・応力解析

■業務内容

モバイル向けイメージセンサーの海外顧客へ、営業およびマーケティング業務全般を担当いただきます。

・顧客の製品ロードマップを踏まえた戦略立案＆実行

・価格設定や経営指数値策定などの数値管理

・商談受注後から量産までのフォローアップ

・量産後のアフターフォロー（デリバリー対応・ 品質クレーム対応など）

・顧客要求の社内フィードバック、製品戦略への反映

・市場競合動向の調査
