We are a global legal AI company that combines advanced expertise in artificial intelligence with deep knowledge of law and contracts.
Since our founding in 2017, we have been focused on building AI-powered legal services. We have raised a total of approximately $286 million across multiple funding rounds and are growing at an extraordinary pace. In 2022, we established a U.S. subsidiary to accelerate our global expansion.
Today, our flagship product, LegalOn: World Leading Legal AI, is available not only in Japan, but also in the U.S. and the U.K. We are also boldly exploring new business areas. In January 2025, we expanded our scope across the corporate domain with the launch of CorporateOn, our AI Counsel product.
Our solutions incorporate cutting-edge technologies in natural language processing and machine learning, including large language models (LLMs), a structured Legal Document Graph for organizing legal information, and autonomous AI agents capable of planning and executing legal tasks. In addition, we have formed a strategic partnership with OpenAI, enabling us to deliver advanced user experiences and innovative legal solutions as a leader in the legal AI space.
■Mission and Challenges
- Establish and scale Our first ever global hiring engine across Japan, US, UK and new global locations to be added in APAC / EMEA
- Increase companywide talent competitiveness for both tech and go-to-market roles globally
- Driving global mobility by strategically navigating complex legal and visa frameworks
■Work Responsibilities
- Work with leadership to define hiring strategy and source candidates with a particular focus on AI, Dev and Sales resources.
- Full-cycle recruiting across multiple regions and time zones

- Source diverse talent pipelines via AI sourcing referrals events and agencies
- Work together with hiring manager on providing candidates with the information required to select LegalOn, including support around decisions related to relocation for roles based in Japan
- Leverage ATS workflows and dashboards to track funnel metrics
- Lead employer branding campaigns to elevate global visibility
- Train interviewers and mentor junior recruiters
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and VISA qualifications in each country
