| 業務内容 | English text follows Japanese. ■想定される業務内容 ・Whole Genome Sequence解析によるゲノム編集細胞の品質検査（fastq.gzリードデータの解析） ・ヒト細胞・バクテリアを対象としたRNA-seq解析/パスウェイ解析/scRNA-seq解析/ATAC-seq解析/Perturb-seq解析 ・機械学習・深層学習・言語モデルによるゲノムデザインの最適化 ・AWSクラウドサーバーの利用・運用 ・ラボオートメーション（自動細胞培養装置）の活用 株式会社Logomixはゲノム編集技術プラットフォームであるGeno-Writing™をベースに、ヒトやバクテリアの創薬・高機能化・物質生産に取り組む合成生物学ベンチャー企業です。我々はパートナーである大手企業との共同研究や自社研究において様々な大規模ゲノム改変細胞を作製しておりますが、ゲノム編集技術の正確性を検証する目的や細胞の表現型を解析する上で次世代シークエンサー（NGS）解析が重要な技術です。弊社が行っている様々なNGS解析を中心としてバイオインフォマティクス業務をご担当いただきます。 --- ■Expected Job Responsibilities ・Quality evaluation of genome-edited cells using Whole Genome Sequence analysis (analysis of fastq.gz read data). ・RNA-seq analysis, pathway analysis, scRNA-seq analysis, ATAC-seq analysis, and Perturb-seq analysis targeting human cells and bacteria. ・Optimization of genome design using machine learning, deep learning, and large language models. ・Utilization and management of AWS cloud servers. ・Utilization of lab automation (automated cell culture system). Logomix Inc. is a synthetic biology venture company that leverages its genome editing technology platform, Geno-Writing™, to drive drug discovery, functional enhancement, and material production in both human and bacterial applications. Through collaborative research with major corporate partners and in-house projects, we develop a variety of large-scale genome-modified cells. To verify the accuracy of genome editing and analyze cellular phenotypes, next-generation sequencing (NGS) analysis is a crucial technology. You will be responsible for bioinformatics tasks, focusing primarily on various NGS analyses conducted by our company. |
| 応募資格 | English text follows Japanese. 【必須】 ・バイオインフォマティクス解析（特にWhole Genome SequencingおよびRNA-seq）の経験 ・コマンドラインインターフェースの利用経験 ・プログラミング経験 (Python/Rの経験は必須、shell script/MySQL/Postgresの経験は歓迎) 【歓迎】 ・AWS上のデータ操作・バイオインフォマティクス解析の経験 ・システム/インフラエンジニアの実務経験 (AWSクラウドサーバー・オンプレサーバーの保守など) ・機械学習/深層学習/LLM等の開発/MLOpsの経験 【求める人物像】 ・次世代の細胞治療開発・高機能微生物の創出といった価値創出へ共に挑んでくれる方 ・チームでの協調性がある方 ・失敗や残念なことも報告/連絡/相談できる方 ---- 【Required Qualifications】 ・Experience in bioinformatics analysis, especially Whole Genome Sequencing and RNA-seq. ・Experience in using the command-line interface. ・Programming experience (Python/R experience is mandatory, shell script/MySQL/Postgres experience is a plus). 【Preferred Qualifications】 ・Experience in data manipulation and bioinformatics analysis on AWS. ・Practical experience as a system/infrastructure engineer (maintenance of AWS cloud servers or on-premise servers, etc.). ・Experience in machine learning, deep learning, LLM development, or MLOps. ・TOEIC score of 700 or higher. ・A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. 【Desired Candidate Profile】 ・Someone willing to take on the challenge of creating value through next-generation cell therapy development and the creation of high-functioning microorganisms. ・A team player with strong collaboration skills. ・Someone who can report, communicate, and consult even about failures or setbacks. |
