業務内容	■担当予定の業務内容 Risk Management on Information Assets(Network, Cloud Service, In-house developed systems・Web site and AI, etc.) used in Sony Semiconductor Solutions and all subsidiaries. Leading following activities below to manage several team members as a Leader. -Design, improve and operate the risk management processes on information assets and third parties. -Establish a yearly risk management plan, execute and monitoring the activities. -Collect the best practices from the Information Security HQ in US and consider rolling them to us. -Budget planning and monitoring based on the risk management plan. -Conduct Awareness Campaign to the business section on the importance of Risk Management. Scope：Sony Semiconductor Solutions Groups and all subsidiaries ■Role This role is responsible for leading Risk Management Strategy and Execution on Information Assets globally at Sony Semiconductor Solutions. ■Working Environment and Atmosphere Information Security Department was newly established in Apr 2024 and full of excellent opportunities to build operations leveraging flexibility and creativity. 応募資格	■Must ・In-depth Knowledge on IT Infrastructure, Network, Cloud Computing and Application. ・Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Security Architect for large scaled system developments. ・Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager for system developments or Information Security. ・Minimum 3 years’ experience to conduct Risk Management for IT assets (e.g. Risk Evaluation, Risk Mitigation Planning/Execution, Risk Monitoring). ■Want ・Proven experience in implementing Enterprise Risk Management Tools (e.g. Archer) ・Experience on collaborating with business units (Sales, Research, etc.) to align risk management strategies ・Capability of taking the proactive approach in high-uncertainty environments. ・Experience working in diverse environments, or the ability to drive operations in such an environment. ・Relevant certifications in IT, Cybersecurity, and Information Security such as Network Specialist, CCSP, AWS certification, GCP certification and Azure certification. 求める語学力 ■Must ・TOEIC over 800 or a equivalent practical English Communication Experience(e.g. e-mail, Facilitation, Documentation , Presentation and Negotiation) ・Advanced English Communication skills are essential, as this role involves English Communication with US Security HQ and overseas subsidiaries.
