業務内容	デジタルソリューション部に所属し、管理職、または管理職候補として、会計・購買・人事・リスク管理領域をはじめとするコーポレート領域のDXを横断的にリードしていただきます。ご本人の経験値とご希望により、例えば、以下のような複数の案件に従事いただきます。・業務改革プログラム「ASPIRE」と連動した周辺システム導入・更改するエコシステムプログラム・コーポレート領域全体のあるべき姿を見据えた上で、会計・購買・人事・リスク管理業務に関わる個別のDXプロジェクト・アナリティクスを活用したデータドリブンな施策の検討、データ基盤の構想策定・AIを前提として業務設計の根本を見直す変革プロジェクト・その他、コーポレート領域のDXに資する企画の新規立ち上げシステムの企画・導入・改善を実行するだけでなく、いかにユーザーに価値をもたらすか、アプリケーションのデリバリー方法も改善しながら進めていきます。なお、システム改修の実作業は外部パートナーに担っていただき、コミュニケーションしながらデリバリーします。 Description of work : You will join the Digital Solutions Department as a manager or manager candidate, leading cross-functional DX (Digital Transformation) initiatives in corporate areas including accounting, procurement, human resources, and risk management. Depending on your experience and preferences, you will be involved in multiple projects such as: ・Ecosystem program for implementing and updating peripheral systems in conjunction with the business transformation program "ASPIRE" ・Individual DX projects related to accounting, procurement, human resources, and risk management operations, with a view to the ideal state of the entire corporate domain ・Consideration of data-driven initiatives utilizing analytics and formulation of data infrastructure concepts ・Transformation projects that fundamentally redesign operations with AI as a prerequisite ・Other new initiatives that contribute to DX in the corporate domain Beyond simply planning, implementing, and improving systems, we will proceed while improving application delivery methods to bring value to users. Note that the actual system modification work will be handled by external partners, and we will deliver through communication with them. Position Features: Our company has been advancing digital transformation company-wide for over 5 years, and we can engage in DX with highly motivated user departments aiming for even greater heights. You will gain experience in launching and executing new projects. The Digital Solution Department also has many ""mid-career"" hires. 応募資格	求める経験：＜必須要件＞　※①～④全てを概ね満たす方 ①プログラムマネジャー/プロジェクトマネジャー/リーダー経験（5年以上） ②会計、購買、人事のいずれかに関わるシステムやデータ基盤の開発あるいは運用保守経験 (システム間連携の開発あるいは運用保守経験を含む) (3年以上) ③複数の業務領域をスコープとするシステムやデータ基盤の構想検討の経験。企画書、要件定義書を自らも手を動かしながらドラフト/作成した経験 (3年以上) ④異文化環境下での海外関係会社・協力会社との英語による協業経験 (1年以上) ＜歓迎要件＞　※⑤～⑩のいずれかご経験があれば歓迎 ⑤エンタープライズアーキテクチャの方法論やモデリング言語を駆使したシステム構想・概念設計経験 ⑥SAPの導入プロジェクトあるいは運用保守経験 ⑦AWS, Azureなどのクラウドプラットフォームの導入・利用経験 ⑧SaaS, パッケージソフトウェア、コンサルティングサービスなどの提案・選定経験 ⑨アジャイル、リーン、DevOpsの実践経験 ⑩People Managerとしての部下のマネジメント経験求めるスキル・知識・能力：・ビジネスニーズを分析するとともに、全体を俯瞰しながらトレードオフを考慮した最適なソリューションやアーキテクチャを提案・立論する構想力・業務フロー、データ定義、システム連携図などシステム導入の上流工程で作成する成果物に関する知識・成功・失敗を通して身に着けたプロジェクト/プログラムマネジメントスキル・会計、購買、人事のいずれかの業務領域の知識求める行動特性：・当事者として、あるべき姿を描き、できることではなくやるべきことを周囲に示す・業務的な背景を共有し、本質的なビジネスニーズを引き出しながらその達成に向けて関係者を巻き込んでいく・周囲と研鑽しながら組織力の向上を志向する必須資格(TOEIC含)：・四年制大学卒以上・TOEIC800点以上 ----- Required Qualifications: Required:*Those who meet all of the criteria ① to ④ ①Experience as program manager / project manager / project lead (5+ years) ②Experience in development or operation/maintenance of systems or data infrastructure related to accounting, procurement, or human resources (including experience in development or operation/maintenance of system integrations). (3+ years) ③Experience in conceptual planning for systems or data infrastructure spanning multiple business domains. Experience in drafting/creating planning documents and requirements definition documents by yourself. (3+ years) ④Experience in working in English with out-of-Japan affiliates/partner companies in cross-cultual environment (1+ years) Preferred: ⑤Experience in system grand design or conceptual design based on enterprise architecture methodologies or modeling languages ⑥Experience in SAP implementation or maintenance & support ⑦Experience in architecting, implementing & using cloud solutions such as AWS or Azure ⑧Experience in evaluating & selecting solutions such as SaaS, packaged software or consulting services ⑨Practical experience in agile management, lean or DevOps ⑩Experience in managing team/members as supervisor Preferred Knowledge and Skills: ・Conceptual capability to analyze business needs and propose/advocate optimal solutions and architectures that take into account trade-offs with the broader context ・Thorough knowledge of deliverables required when we gather requirements and design business and systems such as process flow, data model definition, system/data flow diagram ・Project/program management skills gained through success and failure with learnings ・Thorough knowledge of either of accounting, procurement or HR domain Desired Competencies: ・Take ownership to define the ideal vision and show others what should be done rather than what is merely possible ・Communicate the business context, elicit fundamental business needs, and involve relevant stakeholders in working toward their achievement ・Aim to enhance organizational strength through mutual learning and development with colleagues Desired Qualification: ・Bachelor's degree or higher ・TOEIC score of 800 or above
