| 業務内容 | 仕事内容： ・低中分子のプロセス開発及び製品評価のための新規分析法開発、結晶スクリーニングを含む物性研究 ・国内外製造サイトの分析部門への分析法技術移管 ・治験・承認申請における最新のグローバル規制要件を満たす品質管理戦略立案、データ取得・申請書類作成 Description of Work: ・Development of analytical methods for process development and product evaluation of small/middle molecules, and solid-state analysis including solid-form/polymorph screening ・Analytical method transfer to C(D)MO of domestic and global sites ・Establishment of quality control strategy. Preparation and data acquisition for IND/NDA complied with the latest global regulatory requirements. |
| 応募資格 | 求める経験： ・プロセス開発における分析機能のリーダー ・有機合成・医薬品プロセス化学・固形製剤開発および分析法開発 ・医薬品固体物性評価法開発 ・海外への技術移転並びに海外C(D)MOマネージメント ・当局への申請（申請書執筆・当局照会対応） Desired Experience: ・Leader and expert of analytical function of porocess development ・Organic synthesis/pharmaceutical process chemistry/solid formulation development/analytical method development ・Characterization of solid-sate properties of pharmaceutics ・Analytical method transfer and C(D)MO management to global sites ・IND/NDA applicaiton 求めるスキル・知識・能力： ・海外C(D)MO等と業務上のコミュニケーションが可能な方 ・上記の経験を有し、リーダーシップを発揮して実行力のある方 Desired Skills: ・Skill of communication with global C(D)MO in business operation ・A person who has the above experience and is capable of showing leadership and executing 求める資格： ・薬学、理学、工学、理工、農学、医学系修士卒以上 ・TOEIC730点以上若しくは相当する英語力 Desired Qualification： ・Master's degree or higher in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Sciences, Engineering, Science and Engineering, Agriculture, or Medicine ・TOEIC >730 or equivalent skill 職種の魅力： 新規モダリティの中分子を含む革新的な低中分子医薬品のための新規分析技術開発及び物性研究について、グローバル開発を通じた最新技術情報の中で活動が可能です。 Position Features： Development of new analytical technologies and physical properties research for innovative low/middle moleculu drugs including new modalities like peptide drugs can be carried out through the latest technical information under the global development |
