| 業務内容 | 新規バイオロジクス開発や新規創薬技術開発における開発分子関連の分析評価ならびに新規分析技術の確立 Background to recruitment: One of Chugai Pharmaceutical's strengths is its research on biologics, particularly antibodies that apply proprietary innovative technologies, and the functions and structures of developed molecule are becoming increasingly complex and diverse. In recent years, the development of gene delivery technologies has also been promoted as a new drug discovery modality, and the targets for development are not limited to antibodies. To create innovative ""molecules"" with novel and complex functions and structures into ""biopharmaceuticals,"" analysis of functions, including interactions, and physical properties is essential. We believe that the various analytical data we obtain can contribute to the creation of high-quality molecules at the drug discovery stage, with a view to improving the success rate in the pharmaceutical development and clinical trial stages. Given this background, a wide range of expertise and technologies are required as analytical functions in the drug discovery field. While it is essential to consistently meet the needs of drug discovery as an analytical function, it has become increasingly important to proactively consider what kind of analytical data can contribute to drug discovery, pharmaceutical development, and clinical trials, to challenge the establishment of cutting-edge new analytical technologies, and to utilize these in drug discovery. To realize the development of innovative pharmaceuticals that can change the lives of patients around the world, we are seeking individuals who can proactively consider, propose, and execute what they can do with their expertise and analytical skills. Description of work: Analytical evaluation of development molecules and establishment of new analytical techniques in the development of new biologics and new drug discovery technologies. |
| 応募資格 | 求める経験 ・タンパク質工学や抗体工学、遺伝子デリバリー研究などにおける分析評価ならびに新規分析技術の確立 Required Qualifications: ・Analytical evaluation and establishment of new analytical techniques in protein engineering, antibody engineering, gene delivery research, and related fields. 求めるスキル・知識・能力 ・タンパク質科学、生物物理学の知識を持ち、分子の機能評価や物性評価などに関連した分析技術やその原理に精通し(例:SPRを用いた相互作用分析や熱力学的・物理化学的な分析、HPLCを用いた物性分析、質量分析を用いた分析や、細胞イメージング、タンパク質のレオロジー分析など)、新規分析系の構築の経験がある ・課題を特定し、その解決にむけた研究計画を自らの知識や文献等の調査から立案し、実行することができる Preferred Knowledge and Skills: ・Possesses knowledge in protein science and biophysics, and is well-versed in analytical techniques and their principles related to the evaluation of molecular functions and physical properties (e.g., interaction analysis using SPR, thermodynamic and physicochemical analysis, property analysis using HPLC, mass spectrometry-based analysis, cell imaging, rheological analysis of proteins, etc.).
