You will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying AI agents that leverage cutting-edge AI techniques to streamline corporate business processes, with a strong focus on the legal domain. This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in AI and software engineering to solve complex, real-world challenges in a high-impact setting. ■Key Responsibilities What You’ll Do: - Design and implement robust AI agents. - Integrate AI solutions with existing SaaS platforms and legal workflow systems. - Evaluate third-party models, frameworks, and services to determine their suitability and integration potential. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand user needs, and deliver high-impact agent solutions. - Build tools and infrastructure to monitor, test, and evaluate AI agent performance. - Conduct code reviews and maintain best practices in documentation and version control. - Diagnose and resolve issues in AI systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability. 応募資格	必須スキル Submission of an English résumé is required. ■Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in developing agent products or similar AI applications. - Strong proficiency in one programming language (e.g., Python). - Strong understanding of reinforcement learning and modern AI methodologies. - Experience with AI frameworks and agent development tools (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP). - Solid problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. - Effective communication and collaboration skills in a global environment. - Japanese is not a must 歓迎スキル ■Preferred Qualifications - Ph.D. in a relevant technical field. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. - Knowledge of NLP techniques, RAG systems, and prompt engineering. - Contributions to open-source projects or publications in AI research. - Experience deploying and maintaining AI models in production environments. - Strong communicate skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures in both English and Japanese.
